Quantitative real-time analysis of WsCYP98A and WsCYP76A expression in micro-propagated Withania somnifera induced by (A) methyl jasmonate (MeJA; 0.1 mM), (B) salicylic acid (SA; 0.1 mM) and (C) gibberellic acid (GA 3 ; 0.1 mM) treatments. MeJA, SA and GA 3 were added to the micro-propagated plantlets pre-cultured for 2 Weeks on MS liquid medium. The samples were harvested at time points of 6, 12, 24, and 48 h. Actin was kept as internal control. Data were compared and analysed with analysis of variance (ANOVA). Experiments were performed in triplicate with similar results with standard errors indicated by bars, representing three independent biological samples, each with three technical replicates.
