Oligo-set generation. The gene-to-oligonucleotide algorithm of Gene Composer has designed a set of overlapping oligonucleotides (Oligo-set) which can be used in pooled PCR reactions to assemble the gene synthetically. The top window shows all of the overlapping regions of oligonucleotides with annotation for the overlap Tm and overlap base length in parentheses. The entire gene sequence is displayed in the lower panel.
