Episomal rAAV-mediated gene repair. (A) HEK293T cells were infected with an increasing multiplicity of infection (MOI) of the rAAV2/1-GFPLuc vector following (dark grey bars) or not (white bars) a transfection step with the target vector peGFPLucMut.
