  1. Ten 150-cm2 dishes (total volume: 170 ml) and one HYPERFlask vessel (volume: 550 ml) were used for LV vector production. Productions were performed side-by-side (n = 3). Vector titers were determined using HOS cells. Data are expressed as the mean ± standard deviation (SD).
