From: Expression of HIV-1 antigens in plants as potential subunit vaccines
IFN-γ ELISPOT analysis of Gag T cell responses after vaccination of BALB/c mice. Inoculations with the indicated antigens were given as specified in the methods and all groups of mice were sacrificed on day 40. Reactions in the IFN-γ ELISPOT assay were done in triplicate with the indicated Gag peptides, an irrelevant peptide (irrel pept) or absence of peptide (Bkg) and bars are the average number of spot forming units (sfu) ± SD/106 splenocytes. Data are from a representative experiment with splenocytes pooled from 5 mice per group.
