PCR efficiency of different chemistries. The Ct values for 8000, 4000, 400, 200, 100 and 20 copies of MON 810 transgenic DNA are plotted against the logarithm of the copy number. From the same data, slope (k) and determination coefficient R2 were calculated for each of the chemistries. Values within the dynamic range are connected with a line (Ct-cycle threshold).
