From: A focused antibody library for selecting scFvs expressed at high levels in the cytoplasm
Expression of randomly picked scFvs in HeLa cells. Cells were transfected with scFv-EGFP constructs as indicated. 13R4 and 1F4 represent the positive and negative controls, respectively [5]. At 24 h post-transfection, cells were fixed and visualized under a fluorescent microscope with the fluorescein isothiocyanate filter set.
