From: New active site oriented glyoxyl-agarose derivatives of Escherichia colipenicillin G acylase
vs/vh1 ratio in the acylation reaction of β-lactam nuclei. vs/vh1 ratio for the N-acylation of 7-ACA with MAME was evaluated at pH 6.5 and 4°C (5 mM). The ratio of all the glyoxyl agarose (violet column) derivatives, which were obtained with the native and mutated acylases, was compared to that of the soluble enzymes (light blue column).
