  1. 1The number of "attempted" AmpFlSTR® Identifiler™ panel genotypes using gDNA NTCs and wgaDNA from NTC samples is 832 [two NTC DNA samples genotyped for gDNA in duplicate (64 possible genotype bins), and four wgaDNA samples from NTCs for each gDNA input level genotyped in duplicate (768 possible genotype bins)]. 2There were significantly more false positive STR genotypes in the wgaDNA produced from 50 ng and 100 ng gDNA inputs compared to the wgaDNA produced from 200 ng gDNA input (p = 0.01 and 0.02).
