  1. 1N = 27 gDNA or wgaDNA samples were genotyped in duplicate using the AmpFlSTR® Identifiler® assay for N = 864 attempted genotypes/sample. 2A Genotype Quality Score (GQ) of <0.25 indicates a STR genotype with a Genotype Quality Score beloew the calling threshold of GeneMapper v3.0 software. 3gDNA exhibited significantly greater STR genotype completion rate than did 1 ng gDNA input (p < 0.001). 4gDNA exhibited significantly greater STR genotype concordance rates compared to wgaDNA (p < 0.0001, except for 50 ng gDNA input, with p = 0.001, and 200 ng gDNA input, p = 0.03).
