The effect of the concentration of the virus LBmSN upon BALB/MK cells The cells were cultured and transduced as described in Figure 1, however the virus concentration in each plate varied as follows. After 10 days of the transduction, the cells were stained with Coomassie Blue and photographed. The results are representative of at least three experiments, which gave essentially the same results.
