Inactivation profiles of free (ā–²) and conjugated (ā—) CP Sso in aqueous medium (a-c) at 75Ā°C, 40Ā°C and 25Ā°C or in the presence of the indicated DMF (d-f) or ethanol (g-i) concentrations at 40Ā°C. The enzyme was incubated under shaking at a concentration of 0.6 mg mL-1, in 50 mM potassium Mes pH 6.5.
