Analysis of linear arabinan and debranched arabinan hydrolyzed by Tth Abn endo-arabinanase. The products of the reaction were examined with TLC. M: arabinose, arabinobiose and arabinotriose. a. Lane 1, 2, 3, 4: linear arabinan samples (2%, wt/vol) incubated with 1 μg Tth Abn endo-arabinanase for 0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h and 3 h. respectively. b.
