A time-course of primer-independent amplification reaction of RNA (479 nts) with NV3Dpol. In the reaction mixture (reaction volume = 40 μL), the amount of NV3Dpol (2 pmol) was twenty-fold of RNA template (TD257-735g734c, 0.1 pmol). Each aliquot was added with EDTA to stop the reaction, analyzed on a non-denaturing 5% PAGE, visualized by SYBRgreenII staining, and quantified. The vertical axis represents the amount of total RNA strands (ssRNA + dsRNA × 2).
