Stability of the scFv-Fc antibodies produced in HEK293-6E. A total of 1 μg of 24 different protein A purified scFv-Fc antibodies (scFv PhOx-Yol [15], HuM195 [16] and HT186-D11 [8] are not from the HAL antibody gene libraries) were analyzed after 6 months of storage in PBS without any protective protein or protease inhibitor. The concentration of the scFv-Fc was calculated immediately after protein A purification.
