Luciferase activity upon retroviral transfer of mRNA into 293FT cells with and without translation inhibitor. 293FT cells were transduced with 100 μl supernatants containing retroviral-particles with or without 3 μg/ml puromycin. After 3 h, cells were lysed and luciferase activity was measured. Results were normalized by transfection efficiency with GFP expression by FACS analysis.
