Infection of CR.pIX cells with the LAIV strain A/Singapore at different cell concentrations at time of infection. Viable cell concentrations (A), viabilities (B) and TCID₅₀ titers (C) of bioreactor cultivations are shown. Cells were infected with parameters summarized in Table 2: CCI_4_1 (■, black) and CCI_4_2 (□, black), CCI_6_1 (●, green) and CCI_6_2 (○, green), CCI_8_1 (▼, orange) and CCI_8_2 (∇, orange). After the cell growth phase at 37°C, bioreactor temperature was controlled at 33°C during the infection phase. Error bars for viable cell concentrations and viabilities indicate standard deviations of triplicate measurements.
