From: An efficient strategy for cell-based antibody library selection using an integrated vector system
Schematic representation (A) and sequences (B) of major components of phagemid vector, pDR-D1 for phage display. The vector is derived from pComb3H with some modifications which result in SfiI-SfiI cassette sequences for scFv cloning followed by pelB signal sequences and gene III sequences removable by NotI-NotI between two tags, Myc and hexahistidine (His6) tags. The expression unit is under the control of the LacZ promoter (pLacZ).
