Microscopic analysis of nucleofected GFP in human primary calvarial suture mesenchymal cells. Human primary calvarial suture cells (1.0 x 106) were transfected with 3 μg of pmaxGFP expression construct using Amaxa kit-L and the T030 program. The cells were imaged by light microscopy.
