Optimization of ArtinM expression. SDS-PAGE analysis of rArtinM expression after (A) 1 mM IPTG induction at 37 °C and 220 rpm and (B) 0.4 mM IPTG induction at 20 °C and 130 rpm. Lanes 1A and 2A - soluble and insoluble bacterial lysate, respectively, after 4 hours of induction; Lanes 3A and 4A - soluble and insoluble bacterial lysate, after 19 hours of induction. Lane 1B and 2B - insoluble and soluble bacterial lysate, respectively, after 4 hours of induction; Lanes 3B and 4B - insoluble and soluble bacterial lysate, respectively, after 19 hours of induction.
