The residual glucanase activity was assayed after incubation at 95 °C at 20-min intervals from 0 – 60 min (B). The Glu-Xyn Glu moiety (■) t1/2 was 99.8 min, shorter than the Xyn-Glu Glu moiety (●) and longer than the Glu (96.2 min).
