Levels of TNF-α are shown for CD89 Tg (Tg) animals passively transferred with human IgA (closed circles) or PBS (open circles) against non-transgenic (NTg) littermates also given IgA (closed triangles) or PBS (open triangles). Each plasma sample was assayed in triplicate determinations for each animal. Differences between the groups were analyzed using Dunn's multiple comparison test and statistically significant differences are indicated.
