Treatment of purified BmNPV-GFP uv -hPRR particles with each concentration of Triton X-100. Purified BmNPV-GFPuv-hPRR particles were suspended with 0, 0.01, 0.1 or 1% of TritonX-100, respectively and supernatant (1) and pellet (2) were separated by ultracentrifugation. Proteins were separated by a 12% SDS-PAGE gel and GFPuv-hPRR was detected by Western blot and CBB stain.
