Due to natural variations in oocyte permeability between batches of oocytes, the PS of water-injected oocytes (controls) is shown in parenthesis for each aquaporin. Oocytes were injected with 1 ng (DrAqp3b, -7, -9a, -9b, -10a, -1a, or HsAQP3) or 10 ng (DrAqp3a and -10b) cRNA, or with 50 nl of water. Data from the same row with different superscript are statistically significant (ANOVA, p < 0.05). nd, not determined.
