EGFP expression in human blood monocyte-derived macrophages transduced with VRX494 and VRX1090 at different MOIs. Cells from donor 2 were transduced with lentivirus 2 hours after plating using MOIs of 5 (B), 10 (C), 25 (D), and 50 (E) at a final concentration of 3, 6, 15, and 30 × 106 transducing units/ml, respectively. Control non-transduced cells are shown in A. Each row corresponds to the same microscopy field. Photomicrographs were taken on day 7 after cell plating. Scale bar = 50 μm and applies to all.
