Targeted sequencing libraries were prepared by circularization and the size distributions are shown for the following three conditions (a) 60C, (b) 55C, and (c) 50C. (d) The electrograms for replicates clearly indicate that the size of the targeted sequencing libraries increases with lower hybridization temperatures.
