Quantification of T1 and T2 transcripts expression in YB2/0 and Rat2 cells by duplex Taqman™ QPCR. Results were normalized to the expression of HPRT mRNA and expressed relative to T1 mRNA expression level in YB2/0. The quantification was performed by the method described by Livak and Schmittgen [53].
