The graph shows mean fluorescence intensities (MFI) obtained by flow-cytometric analysis of transfected and non-transfected HEK cells after staining with serum of mice (dilution 1:600) immunised with the corresponding cell line (PFF0620C-HEK, PFD1130W-HEK & PF14_0325-HEK). Values are means of two mouse sera and error-bars indicate the range.
