BV display of scFvE2/p17 (BV-E2/p17). Samples of culture medium of Sf9 cells infected with BV-E2/p17 were harvested at 72 h pi and analyzed by isopycnic ultracentrifugation in sucrose-D₂0 gradients, as described under Materials and Methods. Gradient fractions were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting, using (a) monoclonal antibody to the baculoviral GP64 envelope glycoprotein for detection of baculovirus progeny, and (b) anti-HA tag monoclonal antibody for detection of scFvE2/p17.
