  1. Cells were incubated with 1000 nM Glu-Oct6-PNA-FITC for 18 hr, at which time cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde, stained with 5 μM DRAQ5 for nuclear localization, and analyzed on an Amnis ImageStream imaging cytometer.
  2. Four to 5 thousand events were collected and analyzed using IDEAS software (Amnis).
