  1. E. coli cells carrying the recombinant pET24Δ-mBCO plasmid were grown at 37°C until OD600 nm~1.5-2, added of IPTG, incubated at 25°C and harvested after 3 or 18 hour from the protein induction. Data are expressed as mean ± S.D., n = 3.
