  1. Twenty micrograms of the integration plasmid and 10 μg of the Cre-expressing vector were coelectroporated. After drug selection for 7 days, colonies were stained with X-gal, and the percentage of positive colonies was scored as the frequency of site-specific integration. The means ± SD of three independent electroporations are represented.
